Industry : Online Transportation 📍 Location: Jakarta

About the Assignment:

  • Assist users and business partners in understanding and utilizing company products.

  • Handle service-related inquiries and resolve any issues that arise with users or partners.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to build satisfaction and trust.

  • Foster positive relationships and contribute to community engagement with both users and partners.

  • Provide support for various departmental projects, including registration, acquisition, and transaction processes.

Core Objectives:

  • Educate users and partners on products, promotional campaigns, and assist with troubleshooting when needed.

  • Resolve inquiries and problems efficiently, showing empathy and professionalism.

  • Carry out administrative duties related to user and partner accounts (e.g., credit adjustments, information updates, etc.).

Essential Experience / Criteria (Mandatory):

  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field, with a minimum GPA of 2.75.

  • Strong verbal communication and clear articulation in Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Prior experience in customer service roles.

  • Prior experience in sales or acquisition roles.

  • Typing proficiency: minimum 50 words per minute with 90% accuracy.

  • High level of empathy and responsiveness.

  • Fully vaccinated (3 doses).

  • Energetic, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Suitable for entry-level candidates: fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Able to quickly adjust to dynamic workflows and changes.
