About the Assignment:
Assist users and business partners in understanding and utilizing company products.
Handle service-related inquiries and resolve any issues that arise with users or partners.
Deliver outstanding customer service to build satisfaction and trust.
Foster positive relationships and contribute to community engagement with both users and partners.
Provide support for various departmental projects, including registration, acquisition, and transaction processes.
Core Objectives:
Educate users and partners on products, promotional campaigns, and assist with troubleshooting when needed.
Resolve inquiries and problems efficiently, showing empathy and professionalism.
Carry out administrative duties related to user and partner accounts (e.g., credit adjustments, information updates, etc.).
Essential Experience / Criteria (Mandatory):
Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field, with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
Strong verbal communication and clear articulation in Bahasa Indonesia.
Prior experience in customer service roles.
Prior experience in sales or acquisition roles.
Typing proficiency: minimum 50 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
High level of empathy and responsiveness.
Fully vaccinated (3 doses).
Energetic, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Suitable for entry-level candidates: fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to quickly adjust to dynamic workflows and changes.
